Our classes are appropriate for every level of fitness. Beginners are welcome. We value you for the person you are and the effort you put in, not how many pushups you can do.

We offer individualized instruction or training in a group setting. No matter whether you are an experienced athlete or entirely new to fitness, you'll get a workout that's suitable for your level and one that advances your goals.

 

FIT BOOTCAMP

A dynamic mixture of strength, conditioning, agility and mobility designed to burn fat and unleash your peak performance. This well rounded and fun full body workout will help you to look, feel and move your best!

Offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6am and 9 am

Featuring personalized fitness and nutrition instruction designed to help you meet your individual goals. As your strength, conditioning, agility and mobility improve you'll be on your way to living life to the fullest.

STRENGTH AND MOVEMENT TRAINING OPEN GYM

Design your own program or follow ours. Make use of our flexible space and quality equipment.

Offered Tuesday and Thursday 9-10am

FIT KICKBOXING

Combines Muay Thai striking technique with conditioning drills to give you a high energy class that will kick your butt and teach you how to kick someone else's if the need should ever arise!

Offered Saturday at 7am
